I drive to Barrie from Midland to Shah Optometry because they are professional and always welcoming. Kishara and Claudia are amazing and receptive when they greet me. My phone calls are always answered and/or voicemails returned right away. They have always valued my time and I am grateful for their efficiency. Great location, with very friendly and professional staff. It was very convenient that they were able to bill my insurance company directly. The doctor was very nice, and she talked me through everything she was doing, which made it easier to understand what was going on. I enjoyed my experience a lot!
