It's unfortunate that the previous reviewer had a bad experience with this business, as ours was completely the opposite.
Firstly, the shop on Lakeshore Rd is completely accessible to those with mobility issues, as other computer places in the area are not. The owner of the business made a house call, took care of our technology problems, was generous with his time and charged us very reasonably. We will definitely use them again. Great for older folks frustrated with their computer equipment!

Took my parents computer to the Upper Wentworth location in Hamilton and the technician - Andrew was extremely helpful and downloaded a new internet browser which solved the problem on the computer. Andrew was very helpful, understanding and very efficient at fixing the problem. My parents are grateful that he fixed their computer at the same time I walked into the store and for no charge. I will definitely recommend this store to everyone. Thank you Andrew!

Had a great experience with Paul and the team at IBC! I have a 7 month old Toshiba Satellite Laptop that started making allot of noise. Turned out the heatsink fan was malfunctioning and needed to be replaced. Toshiba told me in order to have it covered under the warranty I'd have to mail the unit to Markham. This is my business machine so I couldn't be without it for several weeks or more. I found Audcomp and they saved the day. The ordered the replacement parts and fixed my laptop in just a couple of hours. They're professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company!!!
