I called Ken this morning and left a message. He called me back within a few minutes. Ken is very knowledgeable and helpful and I trust his advice. Years ago he installed satellite service at my cottage and couldn't get a strong enough signal because of all the trees. He improvised and put the dish on the roof of the outhouse and I've had many years of great TV viewing...thanks Ken!

Had good and bad experiences here. When I first bought my iphone the lady that was handling the set up was very unprofessional, and treated the new phone like it was hers, touching and leaning on the box. Went in again today to transfer my moms phone to my old iphone and Andy the associate was very courteous and professional, did everything that had to be done. Thanks Andy
