We recently moved to the area and were told to try their pizza. We have ordered over 5 times now in the past several months. The pizza is soooo tasty and the delivery is awesome as well!

I can only comment on customer service in 2023 as I haven't been there requiring anything complicated for quite awhile but there have been staff changes. The staff there now have been good to me, and twice lately have been very kind and helpful when I wasn't even buying anything.

I am shocked by the poor reviews posted here. Very unfair ! I get breakfast at this Parksville location every Sunday morning then head to the park to eat. The drive through kids are so courteous, professional and quick. My order is always correct and I have found them to be vey fast. Much better than our other two drive thru restaurants.

This was the best consignment dealer; we have dealt with dealers for over 50 years and we���re amazed at Jacob���s expertise, thoroughness, honesty, and seamless service. He got us pretty well our asking price in a few days - with his great advertising and detailing work. We also bought a vehicle from him which we are very happy with. On holiday, needed emergency repair of vehicle. Stopped at Shannon Motors, no appointment, mechanic diagnosed the problem, estimate provided, next day appointment set, repairs completed as per estimate. We are enjoying the rest of holiday thanks to the excellent and friendly service provided by the professional staff.
