Because the store is overloaded with merchandise it's challenging to know where, what you need is. I usually I find an employee or especially the manager who seems to know where everything is, and she is VERY willing to help. Terry.

I will only ever rent event/party supplies from Gervais. I rented some supplies for a photo shoot I was doing. They were very professional and very affordable. The staff went above and beyond when I had a personal emergency in their parking lot. A crew of men ran out with tools and gadgets and with calm reassuring demeanor they resolved what could have potentially been a very expensive and dangerous situation. Over all I have nothing but great things to say about Gervais.

I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.

Like that they warranty parts and labour, can shop while vehicle is being serviced and have courtesy rides and vehicles for use while yours is being serviced

Bobby and Zohra are amazing!
I came to them last minute when my original rental plans fell through with another company.
They were professional, accommodating and very helpful. From the beautiful gold and ivory chiavari chairs to the functional bar and champagne flutes and glasses, I am a very satisfied customer.
My best friend was celebrating her tenth wedding anniversary and it was a magically perfect day thanks in large part to the dedication and amazing customer service of A S!
