For such a small store, they have great selection, and the staff are always pleasant, and get me what I want. I prefer this smaller store. It meets all my needs in service and selection.

We were in St. Catherines for a road test when the steering wheel locked and left us very panicked. A young gentleman from Canadian tire came to help us and was able to get us back into our car in seconds. He was very kind and rescued us from potentially a very stressful afternoon. We are extremely grateful for his assistance. Excellent customer service and would absolutely recommend their place of business. Thank you again!

Because the store is overloaded with merchandise it's challenging to know where, what you need is. I usually I find an employee or especially the manager who seems to know where everything is, and she is VERY willing to help. Terry.

I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.

Best thing I ever did was get a Canadian credit card, Now I shop there all the time with there 12 month deals ( interest free), there no quibble returns, and there great helpful staff...

We went to a late dinner (girls night out). Our server was great super nice. The belly dancers we awesome!!! They pulled us onto the dance floor with them, It was a good entertaining night in the city. Mind you the food was only Good for the price $$$$ 65 dollars just for me and I had no drinks with that:( big time downer. Atmosphere was great though. Big bench like table areas with pillows. Nice! That's about it though can't really remember the food. I know I had the Lamb, it was OK.
