Because the store is overloaded with merchandise it's challenging to know where, what you need is. I usually I find an employee or especially the manager who seems to know where everything is, and she is VERY willing to help. Terry.

I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.

My husband & I were on vacation in the Bracebridge/Muskoka area when we ran into car trouble. When we arrived at C.T. Bracebridge Dave & Peter went above and beyond to help us, they not only got our car up on the hoist right away BUT drove us to our cruise on Lady Muskoka so we would not miss it while our car was being fixed. They made us feel welcome, treated us with respect & kindness we cannot say enough about these two men as well as the shop. If I could give 10 stars I would! Bravo guys!

For such a small store, they have great selection, and the staff are always pleasant, and get me what I want. I prefer this smaller store. It meets all my needs in service and selection.

Have always used this Canadian tire. Great auto supplies and helpful with returns. I highly recommend this Canadian tire over others. Have lived in the Milton area for 20+ years.When I have used other Canadian tire stores I never receive the same service. Keep up the good work

My snowblower won't start. I called the manager Kyle.He suggested something for me to try and get back to him. It didn't work and he came over and solved the problem. Excellent service. Thank you Kyle. I am indebted to you. You averted a lot of stress!
