I recently started an online order to purchase a new washer. I contacted Brandon at the Brockville, Ontario store to change the order from delivery to pick up. Brandon was very knowledgeable and extremely efficient. He made the necessary changes, sent a confirming email, and offered further assistance. I have never had such professional, courteous attention from a company’s customer service representative! I give Brandon five stars and the Brick should give him a promotion and a raise!

I had the pleasure of purchasing a full King size bed set and a new mattress from a employee named Vicky. She was extremely friendly and gave us the information that we needed. What I really liked was that she did not crowd us too much either. She asked what we were looking for, showed us where everything was, and let us browse. Kept an eye on us in case we looked lost, and made sure to quickly return to help us choose a great mattress to fit our comfort. Thank you again Vicky for helping us!

Everytime I go to the Brick I get excellent service. I had to buy a mattress for myself. I am very pleased with the product. Because they didn't tell me about the mattress and bed pick up for 40$, they came today and picked it up for free. Also, they took my old oven for 20$ even though I bought the new one from Leon's and not them. Leon's charges 30$. If you go to the Brick ask for Wanda or Gary. I get very good service from them. They are honest and not at all pushy.

We showed up late in the day on a Saturday and we were greeted by Jean-Pierre. He inquired about the purpose of our visit and began to show us the models of washing machines we wanted to see. He was very nice and not pushy at all. I ended up purchasing the items I had set forth to buy and for once, I was feeling awesome about how I had been treated as a customer. Thanks again JP!!! Excellent service à la réception et surtout la vendeuse sur le plancher. Son nom est Catherine, elle ma donné un service hors pair, cest un ange durant cette pandémie qui nous affecte tous. Grâce à Catherine jai pu trouvé un climatiseur à mes parents avant quun autre canicule viennent nous visiter.
