As a Fido cellular phone ambassador, Ravi, one of the store's sales representatives, was very helpful, enthusiastic and thorough in his review in helping me renew my contract and upgrade to an IPhone 5s. He showed diligence and care in dealing with Fido reps on the phone as my representative, to ensure all my pre-negotiated inclusions were in my new contract prior to leaving the store.. I would highly recommend people to go see Ravi when considering a new Fido phone and/or contract.
Note: While I was in store however waiting for Ravi to finish helping me however, I observed that his fellow sales associate did not once acknowledge customers entering the store! He just sat there staring at his computer. I would encourage the owners of this franchise to consider Mystery shoppers to ensure all customers equally receive the same level of customer service from this store.

Home Instead Senior Services was more than helpful! They provided amazing customer service, were friendly and very reasonably priced. From booking the service all the way through to payment, everything was smooth and easy. Because of them, my Great Grandmother could attend my wedding ceremony and be apart of my special day. We recently used Miller Thomson's services when closing a real estate transaction for a property in another province. Dr. Merani had been recommended to me by my physician. I hesitated first to see a chiropractor but an alternate treatment did not help so I booked my first appointment. His approach made me feel like I was in good hands. He is very knowledgeable, professional, a good listener and caring. I have been in and out of Physio Therapists offices for years and each one would give me more of the same exercises and...blah, blah, blah. Jessie gave me the most accurate and detailed description of my problems and designed an exercise program especially for me! It was simple and easy-to-follow, plus I asked her for a few simple ideas for exercises I can do at my desk, and she happily obliged!
Excellent treatments and a routine that was easily adaptible into my everyday life.

The vets and staff really took the time and cared about my dog Spyro, they all treated her so well. When she had to be put down due to illness and old age (18 y.o.) they were compassionate and sincere.
I am forever thankful to them for extending my little girls life and keeping her as active and healthy as possible right to the end.
