I have been to the Roost for lunch many times. It's just like a picnic.

Dale is very knowledgeable about boats, and that includes being qualified to inspect the engines. Most surveyors won't even look at the mechanical aspects, which is ridiculous. I was very impressed with his advice and I will be using his services again on the next boat we look at. Highly recommended.
