So far my experience with Mike's has been great!
I wish they had more self service options on-line though, would have saved them some annoying phone calls if I could find the info online via a website or Yellow Pages.

I had the rear windshield shatter on my Explorer. J amd D replaced it the next day. Fast and excellent personal service. Had an issue with the rear wiper afterward and they took care of it quickly. The boys at Fixauto really came through for me.... I brought them my highly modified Jeep after a wreck. Things were complicated because of my existing mods but they slogged through and brought me back to whole again.
On top of that, my Jeep was deatailed inside and out when I picked it up !!

Very happy with the level of service provided by this company. Honestly went above and beyond what could be expected. The truck was picked up same day as the call, diagnosed that day and repaired by next morning. All repairs were explained and came with a great warranty! The truck was even dropped back off when completed. I will use them again.
