Best experience I’ve had with a dealership in Alberta by far. Randy, the Business Manager, was so easy to work with and was such a gentleman. Ryan also helped to make sure the whole process went smoothly and made sure everything was in order. Peter, our Sales Rep, was a star! He went above and beyond to ensure our customer satisfaction, which we were extremely happy with and grateful for.
This is the only dealership I plan on working with, despite the fact that we live in Edmonton.

Took a 5th wheel in for brake check up and very happy with the service work charges were reasonable and I think they used good judgement and only did work that was needed. Trailer was done on time or a little early so Thanks!

I bought a bug deflector, thinking I would Install it myself. Got home and realized these new trucks are not like trucks from the "old days". Called Matt and he had me come back to the shop and they installed it at no charge.. Good job fellas!

I bought Outlander from Bow Mitsubishi. They treat customers really well and listen to your requirements for the vehicle. Shae helped me find this vehicle; she remained super attentive and easy to work with during the process.

Bays are long so if you have a trailer, you can wash it too. Reasonable price to do your vehicle. Owner very friendly and a good guy.

My daughter took her car in for brake work, they discovered there was a recall on the brakes. They informed her about it and sent us over to Mazda. Clearly they put their customers first with this type honesty!
