Went into Nissan Brasso to take a look and the staff was amazing from the first interaction. They weren't pushy, very informative and gave us space to discuss our choice. We had a trade in and the sales manager came over to speak to us and explain the trade value. Beyond this they were open to conversation about the value! My husband and I were very impressed with the quick service and the quality of the vehicles. We purchased a Ford explorer and it was in mint condition and very reasonably priced. Service is closed on Saturday's but Brad and Murray still came to my house and boosted my Acadia and then brought it back to Western and charged my battery, all that service and no bill. Thanks for helping me!

I took my car in after purchase as it seemed the wheel balance was off. When I picked it up they were quick and honest about a small scratch they put in the rim while balancing. Very happy they were up front about it
