I have been coming here for 10 years now with a 2005 Saab, and have never had an issue. I have had everything done here, from brakes to oil changes to exhaust work to sub frame work. They always do it right, know their stuff, give good advice, and are fairly priced. They seem more focused on getting my car right than prying open my wallet.

Someone backed up into my car and hit the driver door. He offered to fix my busted fender (from a previous accident) for only a couple hundred dollars more. I said sure, and when I came back a day later to pick up my car it's like it was in no accidents at all. When I got the keys back I found out his wife detailed my car while it was there and she did an amazing job!
The service was amazing, wait time was better than expected.

I got a pre-motor vehicle inspection done at Genes. The mechanic was excellent and very professional. Explained things that had to be done as well as receiving a quote for what needed to be done. Also told me other things that should soon be done not required for MVI. I needed a new windshield they even suggested a company to go with that has the best rates on the South Shore.
