Had a problem with my treadmill. Called for an appointment. Booked in for a service call within a few days. He showed up on time, narrowed the issue down to two things, figured out which one it was, fixed it, charged me a reasonable price and was gone in a little over an hour. I would totally recommend this company.

Highly recommend John, owner of Pro Way Plumbing Services, over and over again! He did amazing work again for us installing a new sink, installing a new kitchen faucet, and fixing the pooling situation inside the kitchen sink. John is incredibly good at what he does, kind, fair, responsive, professional, hard working, efficient, and he goes above and beyond, thoughtful about my needs to ensure he gives me the best solution for the long term. He is also very funny! We appreciate him so much!

Troy said we would spend most of our time in the sunroom, and we have, even though it has been raining much of the time since it was completed! The design with red cedar is great, the materials are top-quality, and the crew who did the installation were excellent, punctual and tactful. They added some details and fixes that were not in the original quote. We are very pleased with the result.

I phoned in a bit of a panic - audio on computer really scratchy - I thought Id need new one. They were very kind and helpful on the phone, took my computer in with intention to get new one and have all data transferred. Jeff first tried blowing air in speakers, then Chris pulled up Neil Diamond audio for us to assess - it was great. No need for new one - so thankful, especially during this very odd time. Fabulous service.

This is the 2nd time Ive dealt with Proline Roofing and I cant say enough good things about them! I hired Capital City Drywall to finish my basement, doing new drywall from start to finish, mudding, sanding, along with the final painting.
The employees that did the work were the best,being hard working and polite, and taking pride in their work.

We’ve used Laser Star Monitoring for about 5 years without a problem. Scott did the installation and follow up and I found him to be an affable and trustworthy individual. Our system works great and when ever I had any questions he responded right away. I was surprised to read the critical reviews above but as my son who is managing partner of 4 of the top restaurants in Victoria says that satisfied customers seldom write positive reviews, it just does not occur to them.

Fantastic and thorough service. Ahman wasn’t he could fix my i/phone that had water damage. He got it almost fixed but then the sound wasn’t working. He spent alot of time on it and amazingly brought it back to fill life. So thankful for his diligence! ?
