I had originally been recommended to go to Excellent Esthetics by a friend who had gone to the shop. Kim, the owner is very nice and easy to communicate with. I had gotten a Brazilian wax and it was very quick and painless, not to mention that the pricing was superb. Setting up an appointment was very easy to do so, as Kim works around your schedule. Definitely recommend going to Kim for anyone who is skeptical.

I have been going to Irene for years and am moving out of province. Unfortunately I can’t take her with me so I’ll have to return every six month for a cut and style. She is the best hairdresser I’ve ever had, bar none and I’m never disappointed. Even when I am unsure of what style she’s concocting, she confidently assures me “not to worry, you’ll love it” and I do.

Tried couple of laser clinics using discounted coupons and I was very dissapointed.... I guess you get what you pay for. Then a friend of mine told me about this place. I was very impressed with the consultation, it was very informative and there was no selling pressure. After three treatments, I see the results and I am very happy with my choice. I have been going to this salon for over a year and Grace has given me consistent and excellent results every time. I wanted platinum blonde hair and she is the best in the city. I have had bad experiences in the past with numerous 'colourists" but Grace has never let me down. She's the best. Highly recommend her. The staff is excellent, courteous, friendly and accommodadting. 5 out of 5!
