Amazing sevice at the front desk! Pleasant knowledgable staff! I watched them deal diplomatically and patiently with some pretty difficult people. The manager took a look and was bang on with what was wrong. Gave me an immediate guestimate which was bang on. Imagine my surprise when the mechanic came to show me what was actually wrong with my water pump.
Super impressed with every bit of service i received, the price, and the way the staff took time to explain the issues with my car. Thanks!

I was blown away to the point of tears today :) I am so extremely happy with the service I received from Keith and all his coworkers at the leckie location in Kelowna BC! I was expecting to have to pay over 800.00 for a new set of tires due to one discontinued blown one :( but upon arriving to the shop for pick up.... Keith informed me of the most beautiful surprise of being able to fix it all at NO COST!!!!! What an amazing, wonderful experience! I'm feeling very blessed :) thank you!!!!!

Excellent service! Been bringing these guys my trucks for years, stock trucks to lifted diesels they do everything right. Some of the best in Kelowna. Great small run shop fast service well priced very knowledgeable in explaining everything done to your vehicle. The kinda people who really look after there clientele, hard to find these days. 5 stars everyday all day.
