Hello- I just wrote a lengthy and favourable review re my purchase of four appliances from your Vaughan location. Power break caused memo to disappear. I have no time to repeat. Basically-particular thanks to two delivery men (one was called Chris)who had to remove doors and back water line attachment of two door fridge to gain entry to my condo unit. I also expressed appreciation for store manager and sales rep-very professional. Thanks-Harvey Rempel

We have been dealing with Faulkner's for over 40 years and just recently purchased a new fridge and hood fan. Service was excellent as always and price competitive. We had a small problem upon delivery that was dealt with in minutes - so much better to deal with an independent retailer who can make things happen quickly.

I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.

Because the store is overloaded with merchandise it's challenging to know where, what you need is. I usually I find an employee or especially the manager who seems to know where everything is, and she is VERY willing to help. Terry.

An old-fashioned business that can actually repair your small appliances instead of just replacing them. Real expertise like this is hard to find. The owner is very knowledgeable and could not be nicer.

My washer blew it's transmission, oil all over the floor. The service man came in, was very polite, clean looking and offered to remove his work shoes. The job was done, no mess left behind, he even wiped up the oil on the floor that I couldn't get at :) Found a part that needed replacing, not connected to the transmission, went all the way back to the shop and got the part and put it in, no charge....fabulous!! I have used this business several times now, and I would recommend them in a heart
