I originally passed on J & J having read of one person's bad experience, however when the company with whom I had alternatively arranged to move a small load of furnishings from Toronto to Vancouver advised me - on they day they were scheduled to arrive - they had a two week delay due to a truck stuck in Montreal and a pick up as planned would involved storage at an extra fee I was desperate and under severe time constraints.
I contacted J & J and can say that from the initial point of contact with Cindy to final delivery everything was superior in customer service, pricing and timing. Within 24 hours of my call they arrived with a truck to pick up the goods enabling me to meet the move out date. When the movers arrived, Alfred was courteous and professional - easily moving a large sofa from 2nd floor with no damage to the premises alleviating my concerns as the original furniture movers damaged the wall when I first got the sofa. My antique pieces were shrink and blanket wrapped and the transportation to Vancouver was done in less than a week! Their price was the best I was quoted and every call I made was returned by Cindy in a professional and timely manner. I regret not contracting them in the first place and would highly recommend their company. For any future moves of furnishings do yourself a favour and check them out.

Last winter I bought new furniture to my house and these guys delivered it to my place. They assembled 2 full bedroom sets for me and took away all the packing materials.
6 month later I ordered a moving service from them because I have seen how professionally they operate.
My last moving company was terrible and broke some expensive stuff, but these guys did exceptionally well job and gave me a good impression. Worth every penny a have paid.
