Randy fought a speeding ticket for our 20 year old son, he was professional and straight forward with all communications. There was no confusion or wondering as he covered all the bases. The outcome my son received was one that Randy explained from the start and we were more than happy with it. I come in every other week and the staff are friendly and helpful. The product has gotten better over the last few yrs. I like coming into this location at west edmonton mall because they have the most selection. The only bad thing I would say is that there is sometimes not enough of the staff on hand to help.
