Dropped off at 7:20 AM this morning (Apr 07/21) - David was upfront about the wait time (based on quick inspection) - booked an appointment for (Apr 12/21) in case they could not get to it today/rest of the week and said it would be better not to drive. Up front about cost and emailed me the quote and that they could possibly get it done tonight by closing. Got the call it was ready - very impressed with the staff and the job that they did. Went into Nissan Brasso to take a look and the staff was amazing from the first interaction. They weren't pushy, very informative and gave us space to discuss our choice. We had a trade in and the sales manager came over to speak to us and explain the trade value. Beyond this they were open to conversation about the value! Lei our sales person and Tony who handled our finances blew us away. Beginning to end they redefined the user car experience! Thank you!
