I went to get my tires changed here earlier and there was a slight miscommunication between me and one of his employees. Regardless, I really appreciated the fact that the owner took complete accountability for the miscommunication , and even when things got heated, he maintained utmost professionalism. This company went above and beyond for my family. Towed my brother to Clearwater late in the evening, gave him a quick look around town and helped him find a hotel room. Picked him up in the morning and bought him coffee and breakfast. They had the truck up and worked on it first thing in the morning. Can’t say enough good things!

Used BJ's many times to tow and kept my failing vehicle running using parts from them for years so recommend them as overall they have been great. Can get very busy in office and with towing so I recommend a little patience but overall they have been very good in sourcing parts or in rescuing my family and I in breakdowns needing towing.

I have dealt with Bill for at least 13 years ,he is the most helpful and friendly person you can imagine he works 7 days a week and will go out of his way to help anybody unfortunately he has only 24 hours a day and for some people thats not enough or fast enough and his time should be free , sorry thats not how it works, Thank you Bill for being always there for everybody , please take time out for yourself .Claude
