The estimate for work to be completed was very fair for the work this company does (where they clearly prioritize safety and customer service), and all deadlines were met with no surprises about timeline or the final price. As a potential customer I was greeted with enthusiastic sales people that were passionate about riding and not appearing to close a sale. The first person to approach me was Ryan (it was written on his shirt) who educated me on some phenomenal road bikes and then Big Dave who convinced me that I need a Freeride Bike for the summer. They tell me that they have 4,000 bikes on the floor at one time. A great retail experience and I will be back. I can honestly say that this is the only bike shop that I felt I needed to take a photo of.

Quite possibly my best escape room experience. Highly immersive, amazing decoration, and the puzzles were both challenging and sensible. CABIN FEVER outright terrified us several times.
