My experience from start to finish was phenomenal at Jim Keay. I was greeted by a lovely receptionist and introduced to Marc Leyton who was my sales assistant. He helped me find the perfect F-150 for me and I didn't tell him this, but I even paid less than I had budgeted for. I really felt like he was on my side in getting the best price possible from the managers. Thanks for the great service to Marc and the rest of the team at Jim Keay for making the normally stressful process so comfortable.

I'm taking the time to write this review because Bob rescued me from a potentially catastrophic outcome from a broken head bolt on my 2002 Subaru. His cost was a fraction of what I would have spent pulling the motor and sending it to a machine shop. Bob provides a unique and valuable service.
