The driver's window on my 2000 Jetta fell into the door recently.
After doing some research and calling a few shops, I stumbled across these guys via Google, and they met me at my office the next day and repaired it in the driveway!

Best auto repair shop experience of our lifetime. When my girlfriend and I drove to Toronto from Montreal to get my braces off as I used to live here, and she to see her grandmother at the hospital we never expected our car to break down.
