Visited the shop after a friend recommended it and ended up spending more money than I should. Wonderful section of teas and I was blessed with the presence of the owner and his wealth of knowledge. Enjoyed hearing a few tales about his travel to source tea and walked away with a few gems that will definitely have me returning! Can't wait for my next visit! ... Though am leaving the credit card behind this time!

I am Controller for a large Tech firm in Ottawa and have been dealing with FIRMA for nearly 3 years now. Service is great, rates are competitive, and the money is moved around quick enough for my liking. The only complaint is that I have had to change traders twice because employees have moved on. "Please pass on our thanks to Rapunzel. She was so good with all the girls and handled them all so well - from calming the excitable ones to drawing out the shy ones. And I wasn't expecting her to be able to sing - that sealed the deal for Maddie. The looks on all the girls faces was so great. About the highest compliment I can give is that we've been to Disney World many times and in my opinion, Rapunzel was right on par with all the princesses and fairies we've met at Disney. She was so on the ball, no question stumped her, and her knowledge of the movie was amazing. I'll definitely be recommending you to others.

Dr. André Laplante est le meilleur chiropractien ici au Canada je dis bien ici au Canada je le recommande à tout ceux et celles qui ont des douleurs ou un problème médicale ayant rapport avec le champs d activité du docteur. J ai vu mon père du fauteuille roulant, maintenant à courir et sauter. Je suis vraiment extrêmement satisfaite avec les soins que Dr. Laplante et son équipe ont prodigué à mon père.
