Upon entering you are greeted by a very polite and professional young lady. Like all public places your temperature is taken and you are asked to sanitize your hands. This is the norm these days. The dental hygienist did not use scented products or perfumes, which is wonderful for a person like me with scent sensitivities.
Dr. Jeffery was very respectful to the hygienist and to me. He did not try to push expensive procedures, and even told me the expensive procedures were not necessary (another dentist had tried to push expensive procedures on me, so this was a refreshing change).
