My Furnace starting making a very unusual sound, so I decided to contact Mr. Furnace. They sent a really friendly gentleman named Dylan who arrived promptly and ready to help. He assessed the problem and explained everything in detail that was going on. I found him to very knowledgeable and easy to understand.
