I am very pleased with the work done. Foreman Ryan and crew members Jacob and Connor make a great team. They worked long and hard. I admire their skill and dedication. The results exceeded my expectations.

We arrived in Kingston for a hockey tournament and searched for a restaurant that was able to accommodate a group of 40, half of which were kids. The owner together with his staff welcomed our team and did an amazing job. The kids had a great time, the service was the best we've seen from any east side Mario's, and they did a great job on the food. Hats off to the staff and the owner for going above and beyond! We'll be back for sure.

Came to this store from out of town with a coolant issue. They were really busy but took the time to ask me what was wrong and offered for me to bring my car in to have a look at it but couldn't guarantee they could fix it right away. In a couple of hours they had fixed the problem and very reasonably as well. FANTASTIC customer service at this location.
