I have use Pat Anderson insurance for years and they have always provided excellent service and clear information about my auto insurance. Their hours mean that sometimes I have had to go to the mall when I need to renew late at night because I forgot, but I always go back here during business hours when I have the chance.
I'm currently switching my insurance to a new vehicle and called them to ask for advice and they were very helpful over the phone.

This morning in the Michael's parking lot in Langley, I encountered a young woman and baby, crying in the car, trying to deal with keys that had been locked in the trunk. There was no way to get in. I walked over to the BCAA office nearby and asked for help, and they were VERY concerned and helpful. I used my BCAA card to call and the woman also reached someone who was coming to help but two BCAA women staffers came over to make sure everything was working out. FANTASTIC service IMO!

We recently used LaPorte when moving from one home to another. The service was excellent - we used their packers for china, crystal, etc and everything arrived at our new home in perfect condition. And the moving team were outstanding - Chad and his team were the best. They had a good sense of humor, which really helps during the stressful time of moving, but at the same time were professional and efficient. Great job all around.

I recently had staging done by Fine Redesign in advance of my home going up for sale. Katie (the owner) and Brandon (area rep) were a breeze to work with and had some great ideas to enhance the appearance of my house. I've only had positive feedback from potential buyers on how amazing the house looks. I'm confident that this will help move my home quickly. Thanks for your help!!
