Hadn't had any work beyond basic for almost 100K and my SUV had rolled over to 200K. Was scared to take my SUV in, as it would be a mechanic's dream and they could recommend $$$. Matthew was great and honest and gave me a full breakdown. Got out of there for minimum $ but with recommendations and time frames for later. He seems to have clients that he cares for over time than one time customer fixes. Can't say it for most but I fully trust and recommend Matt. Sent family there the next week.

Go-Getter Hotshot was very quick to help us when we needed help ASAP. They are very friendly, accommodating & quick to reply. They were able to get a part to us from Lethbridge to Edmonton same day and with one phone call. If we ever need a Hotshot service again, we would definitely call Go-Getter and we would definitely recommend them! Thank you for your prompt service and helping us quickly! :)
