Pretty much always have a good experience here. Only complaint is sometimes they should open another lane during a rush of customers at checkout. Most of the time they do, but I’d say about 30-40% of the time that is not the case. Otherwise it’s a great store. (Regardless of all that, don’t buy pets at pet stores, it’s a cruel inhumane industry. Stick to just food, toys, bedding, litter, etc)

I've been shopping here for sometime. Every one and a while, they will not have the bird seed I am looking for. Their selection of cages is not the best. You can never find bird feeder dishes anywhere at any store. I have looked everywhere. So, if you buy a cage, look first at getting some replacements for the cups. Good Luck.

I use only this store for all my fish supplies. I have never had any problem with the service. All the store employees are very helpful. Never have had a complaint about anything to do with the pet store.
