Really like this place and have been here on several occasions, last month most recently. Very solid menu, very consistently prepared and served. I am a particular fan of their risotto.
Quite a pleasant atmosphere, casual and relatively subdued, but good enough to make you feel that dining out is an occasion.

Had a fabulous Chicken Goat Cheese Burito - best I've ever had.
Friend had a Grilled Tuna Salad, also excellent.
Service was cheerful and quick even though restaurant was full.
Would definitely recommend.

i have been going to aris since 1974 and i still go there.the food is great!!...the prices are more then fair for what you order.the owner's are very freindly,and the waitress's are fast and freindly.the atomosphere is very warm,and you feel more then at home there.i stop in for a great cup of coffee everyday,and a great meal and a cold one at least twice or more per week...i look forward to going there when i can...superb food!!!!super owner's!!!!!super staff!!!

The nachos are to die for, and I don't even like nachos very much.
The menu was severely limited due to the incredible business that is Pride Week, and I was at a stretch finding something vegetarian and to my liking. After being told that they were accepting no substitutions (understandably, but I just wanted no mayo and onion on the veggie burger), I went with my second choice, the curry. I wasn't expecting much, but it succeeded my expectations. Not fantastic and it needed more than a sprinkle of salt, but pleasant nonetheless. Co-diners raved about their nachos and pulled pork.
Service was a bit scattered due to business, but were very friendly. When a beer was brought to our table that wasn't ordered -- but welcomed! -- he let us have it on the house. Blanche de Chambly on tap, fantastic!

Many, many moons ago when I was in my early teens we used to look forward to having your chicken burgers and fries. The juice from the burger ran down our arms...oh my goodness they were so delicious. I still salivate just thinking about them. So happy but not surprised that you are still in operation. I'm too old now to travel back to Ontario but I still have my imagination. All the best for your future and thanks for the memories.

A great meal with great service, we'll definitely be back! Huge portions and a nostalgic atmosphere make for a memorable time. The sweet potatoe fries are a delicious "upgrade" from the regular fries.
