Working with Randall Friedman over the past months has changed my life. Through deep tissue massage pain and tension has been released in my back, shoulders and neck. I now move easily and am able to exercise and enjoy life to the fullest. With added EFT treatments I no longer have negative food cravings and have lost over 40 pounds of weight, and let go of many limiting beliefs that were indeed holding me back from the life I was meant to live. I have been in and out of Physio Therapists offices for years and each one would give me more of the same exercises and...blah, blah, blah. Jessie gave me the most accurate and detailed description of my problems and designed an exercise program especially for me! It was simple and easy-to-follow, plus I asked her for a few simple ideas for exercises I can do at my desk, and she happily obliged!
Excellent treatments and a routine that was easily adaptible into my everyday life.

Dr. Merani had been recommended to me by my physician. I hesitated first to see a chiropractor but an alternate treatment did not help so I booked my first appointment.
