I’m in awe of how wonderful the staff are here. I needed help and direction on how to fix a crank arm on my bike but wasn’t sure on how to go about doing it and what to look for. I had two visits at Impala Bicycles for this ‘fixing one’s bike’ journey. Each encounter was a wonderful experience and am grateful for meeting these staff members. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for designer sunglasses, frames and contacts. They ordered me my favourite pair of prescription sunglasses since they weren't available in store, which was a huge relief. I also asked many, many questions and they took time to answer them all for me. Good customer service is very hard to find these days, but not at this place.
