My experience with Sarah is a person of integrity at my appointment today Sarah suggested giving my lashes a break to enable them to recover and strengthen. Love that this gym has 30 minute classes everyday that can get you in and out fast. They also have a system that allows you to take classes whenever you want on a large screen in their studio.
Has lots of functional training equipment, squat racks and treadmills. Staff is friendly.

Currently I'm doing renovations around my house. Got a bit overwhelmed about the mess and decided to call Rid Of It. The guys are super nice and accommodating. My husband was away and I didnt really understood their pricing. So once they guys saw the pile they pretty much did a breakdown of the charges and explained why the heaviness affected the price. Derek and Garrison were fast and efficient.They even swept before leaving. Strongly recommend this company.
