Wow! That's all I can say after my first visit to the Victoria store; wow! I was a little over whelmed when I walked into the store but I was greeted by a nice young man named Neil who helped me out the whole way. He was very honest about what he thought looked good and what didn't! In the end I am so pleased with my purchase. Will be back!

I have been coming here for years. They have very experienced Japanese groomers and have never once had aBad haircut for my pup. The staff there is always so sweet and welcoming. It’s no wonder they are rated best of Vancouver year after year.

Great storage facility, most unique and rare features never seen before. Great location. The managers are superb who keep it in order where you feel the place is so secure. Also every time I go to my locker I can get my car professionally cleaned through the state of the art Shine Auto

These guys deal with so much adversity, and every time I come they're trying their best to deliver the best customer service they can despite the late night rowdy crowd. Even when their machines are down, they're working their hardest to make sure everyone gets their orders. Thank you guys so much for being awesome.

you know what you're going to get....nice restaurant except in a bad area for street bums, and using the washrooms can be an experience you don't want to repeat because of them
