I cannot speak for the sales team years ago, when my son and I wanted to buy a new 2018 Escape and was on the car lot and nobody paid us any attention for over 30 minutes. So we went to Key West Ford and bought a new Escape days later. However, the service department at Westcoast is unmatched with high quality reliable staff and we've gone there for years.

Great company! Hired Darren and his crew to come with their bucket truck to do some trimming around our power lines on our property. They were very careful and thorough. They also did some excavation on our driveway and did an excellent job. Very happy with the work that was performed.

A friend and I went to this amazing store yesterday for a smudging sage stick and feather but there were so many nice things there that my friend spent 200.00 and since thier prices are so good I'm going back today to buy some things that I love!! I did not realize this gem of a store was in New West! Usually you can only find and I this type of store offering such unique items in Vancouver!! I will definitely be a repeat customer! I have been to other telescope stores that lack attention, service, and give a bad feeling as if they are more bothered.
I was looking for an upgrade and went into Vancouver Telescope for the first time. These people are absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable, helpful, and returned the very next day. I am very happy with the owner's personal attention, and the staff. I will no longer go to any other store for an upgrade or accessories.
