Southland Kia Medicine Hat is on of the best dealership in town guaranteed! They have amazing staff and management! When I bought my truck from them a year or so ago it was the best choice I ever made. They helped me with any issues they could, and took care of me as if I was one of their own. Always a great experience. The service team @ Southside Dodge always makes me feel welcome, comfortable & respected. I never feel silly for asking questions about my vehicle & I’m always given intelligent answers I understand. Some dealers make me feel dumb for asking questions & treat me like I’m an idiot for asking/not knowing. The staff @ Southside always explain things in a way I understand while making me feel respected & valued. & they are enjoyable 2 chat with while waiting. Thanks guys!!
