I look after a retirement home and turn arounds could happen at anytime within days. Ian and his team are always there for us to meet our deadlines, and most often with a little time to spare. Great experience with Brad and Roy on a drain scope, I felt bad because unforeseen circumstances extended the time frame, but they didn't charge extra. Would give them a 5 but their machine had some glitches and the audio failed to record, but at least they showed up.
