RMT Movement is the first massage therapy clinic I've been to that truly cares for your overall health. They give you stretches and post-care advice that you can do at home so that you can continue to heal and improve in between visits.
While chatting with one of the owners and therapists, I was very impressed to hear about the continuing education they do to stay on the cutting edge of their practices, along with keeping up with the latest (and expensive) equipment. See for yourself! The best!

I have been going to other physio places with no progress for years with hip problems and recently a shoulder problem and improvement right away they work as a team to fix the problem and make you feel much better,and most importantly spend the time with you. I wish I would of known of this place long time ago and would highly recommend it .Thanks to Guido,Nav,and Sarah.

Aesha was absolutely fabulous!!!! She was extremely professional, knowledgeable and attentive. She took her time without rushing at all while assessing me & created an effective treatment plan. I had tennis elbow which was getting worse and worse. My doctor referred me to Aesha & she spotted affected muscles and gave me exercises that helped so much. Each visit to the clinic she focused on providing the best care & gym rehab workout to ease my pain, and she always followed up with emails review!
