My experience at Alderbrook Massage Therapy was excellent. Joanne is very professional, her clinic is relaxing with a spa like feel but don't be mistaken it is medically oriented. Joanne has found the perfect balance with the relaxing benefit of using hot stones, with deep therapeutic pressure. The result is a combination of pain relief and stress reduction. Not sure why Yellowpage does not cache typing. I have to re-type. Anyways, Dr. Li took me in on a short notice for my sprint ankle. I was able to bear weight on my left ankle after 30 mins session. She is very patient and professional. The swelling went down quite a bit, but I was told it would still take time to heal. No sports for another 3 months.
