Observing your employees that were on the phone & service the front desk. I have to COMPLIMENT your staff. They were AMAZING. The phone rang once & was answered, no one waited in line at the front desk. The staff was professional, fast, efficient and friendly. Great TEAM players. A week or so I submitted a review of Zoom Auto Services that was totally out of order! This business is outstanding as I have been using their services for a number of years and had no problem.
