Excellent customer service and a comprehensive, well-maintained inventory of chemicals, water treatment/maintenance options & pool accessories (including a nice selection of pool toys & floating chairs). Prices are reasonable with a regular assortment of discounted items & specials. In fact, I can’t recall in 10 years ever being told that a product was out of stock or having left empty-handed. Staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and quick to offer assistance & advice. Highly recommended!

You wont find a better selection or more expert advice anywhere. Pet stores that try to do everything often end up doing nothing well. This store specializes in tropical fish and does a great job of it!

I had two rooms in a walk-in closet with carpet, buckling rather badly. Walter arrived just when he said he would he was super efficient, and very friendly. It was a totally painless experience and it solved all my problems if I could, I would’ve given Walter six stars.
