We had flooding in our basement on a Sunday afternoon. Realizing that we couldn't do the clean-up ourselves, we looked on-line for a restoration company. Greg arrived within a couple of hours of our call with a whole team of professionals. The men worked to save our carpeted basement from 8:30 Sunday night until 2:30 am Monday morning. They were thorough, tidy, professional and helpful. Greg even gave us recommendations for a basement repair company. We couldn't be happier with Greg's service.

I had a very positive and informative experience shopping at this store. My old central vacuum motor had burned out after only 5 years. Regrettably I had purchased it from Costco. Joe at Vacmaster showed me the different motors that are used in central vacuums. I could tell right away the difference. I purchased the Canavac LS550 and had them install it for me the next day. The suction power is unbelievable. If you're looking for quick and excellent service, this is the place to go!

Went to order a Monument and was helped by Yvonne who truly knows her job and customer needs, she was VERY helpful with helping with my wants and designs, Yvonne made it a very easy job of choosing a monument and showing me what it would look like on the computer, and well as helping with which vase would look great, Plus adding a picture.
