I have no any negative comments here to everyone at the southside Nissan dealership. Everyone is so nice and friendly to their customers. Car service is more professional way and great service. Overall a positive experience purchasing our first vehicle from a used dealer.
Note to buyers: Get an independent pre-purchase inspection!
We were assured the vehicle was in great working condition, only for our mechanic to find a major repair (cracked exhaust manifold) after listening to the car for 5 seconds.
Thankfully, Andreas and the Premier Auto team compensated us a portion of the bill (about 40%) as an apology for the inconvenience.
Learnt our lesson!
