The staff here are so helpful and friendly and Dr. Butts has the most thorough eye exam I have ever experienced. You can tell he loves what he does and eye health is very important to him. I have recommended Dr. Butts and Calgary Trail Vision Centre to many family and friends.

Strongly recommend this school and instructor KARAM. I just got my license yesterday in my first try. After the test I hugged him to express my appreciation. KARAM is vey experienced and extremely nice and patient. His instruction is very effective. I have driven for more than ten years but this time I feel I really improved a lot. The tips on parallel parking is really a magic - you can't miss it after couple of practices. He is really sweet and helpful. Every time he talked with me just like a friend and always made things comfortable. I am very satisfied with the time he arranged for my classes and especially for my test. It's 2pm in the afternoon and there were less cars going and parking in the street. This is a very friendly and cost-effective school so I strongly recommend it.

We have lived in the area for over 15 years. Every time we have called Total (fortunately for us, not often) we have received the most professional service. From the front end staff, to the the service department, every single time we have had to call upon their services they have arranged to be at our home quickly. Jobs were done immediately by gentlemen who were extremely knowledgeable, courteous, professional and kind. We would not go or call upon anyone else. Thank you Total. N. Owen

I would like to say thank you to Mickey for his review of our garage pad July 15th 2024. He is very knowledgeable in his field. I also like the fact that he is a straight shooter with his know how. I have enjoyed the comfort and friendly atmosphere here! The staff are always willing to help in all areas and I find are very knowledgeable in what they are doing. The front desk girls are smiling and very pleasant with either a booking or helping you with your glasses decisions. The office is clean and well maintained and following above and beyond the COVID protocol. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company at all! In fact I have several times. Thanks. Linda
