Excellent service. I bought a 5th wheel from another dealership and was having issues getting the warranty service I required. Anita and the parts staff were quick to find the parts I needed responded quickly to my phone calls and worked with me to find a time that worked for me to bring in my RV to have it serviced. friendly staff I wish I had purchased my RV at all star!

I had to have my vehicle towed after hitting a deer and the RCMP suggested I call CRS Towing. Im glad I did because they responded quickly and the driver who arrived was very pleasant. I went to get my tires changed here earlier and there was a slight miscommunication between me and one of his employees. These guys were excellent! I had a bunch of stuff I needed moved into 10’ by 20’ storage unit, as well as furniture I needed rearranged around the house. They were friendly, professional, and VERY efficient. While they were moving everything out of the truck and into storage, it was pouring rain, and it did not slow them down in the least. We scheduled about 7 hours for the move, but they got it done in 5! I will definitely use their services again!

Herbers on Parson road is one of the best companies to deal with. The customer service is rated on the high end of excellence. I was impressed with each of the service representatives I dealt with as they were respectful of my time and kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. I’m in the process of restoring an old 1979 Peterbilt 359 (see “359 twinsticks” on Youtube) and I need a lot of gently used parts for the old girl and the guys at Red Ran have been very helpful. Prices are fair and I find they are willing to deal if you buy multiple items. Plan to go there again many times as I continue this backyard resto.
