we searched every corner of greater vancouver, tried ten personal or dealer cars, described were even better, but get disappointed at all. Thanks god we found a 2004 Mazda3 in here and I roadtested the car,,,, wow, a new car is just so so! The deal was very easy to make! Afer drive home we just glad could not sleep whole night long. Dr Copeland is awesome. He has helped me almost eliminate my chronic headaches. I have suffered from daily headaches until now! I had pretty much written off chiropractors until my partner recommended Dr. Copeland. My partner had gone to see him with back problems & within 7 days he was feeling 100% better. I saw a huge change in him so decided to go myself & I am so glad I did. Ladies at reception are really friendly & they always have the appointment time I need! Highly Recommended!

This team installed exterior and interior glass railings in my house and from their first visit I felt like I picked the right company. Zaid and his team worked hard, didn't talk much and built lovely railings on my patios and inside my home. I touch the railings every day and I love them all. Solid and beautiful product. After they passed engineer's inspection they asked me if I had any concerns and I wish every contractor provides level of customer service like this team. Thank You!

Bought a used car that needed some repairs. Whiterock Automotive was recommended by some of my co workers so, I called and booked in for service. John and his team were excellent. After the inspection all concerns were clearly communicated. John listed repairs in priority order and I appreciated that they were honest about what needed to be fixed and what could wait. Always fair with mechanic rates and prices on parts. I only trust John and his team with the care of my car.

Wow. I am amazed.
I went to see Jennifer for a bike fitting - GUYS. Seriously. You would be crazy to go ANYWHERE else! She was attentive, friendly, answered all my questions, and then later addressed some chronic back pain I've been having. She spent 2 full hours with me, and my bike feels better than ever. She really knows what she's talking about when it comes to bike fitting - she was completely flawless in all her measurements, techniques, etc.
What I appreciated most was how she talked me through every step. So many physio's just get into "go mode" and don't say anything... not here! She explained every detail, and especially the "why" behind all the changes she made on my bike. On top of her excellent, hand-crafted service, I feel like I got an education, too!

I didn't buy my bike from Oak Bay but they have been the reason I have been able to keep this bike on the road, They have been more than helpful! I have never bought anything off them more than a tube or chain oil, yet they answer and help me with every question I have! My only complain with Oak Bay Bikes is that they do not sell Terratrikes:( Sad but true) best service on the island and they dont sell the bike I ride:( sometimes it sucks to be a low rider, but other than that I cant think of ..
