Few years ago I bought a laptop with the help of Best Buy Express in Collingwood. THe staff was knowleagable, not pushing for purchae. Today I visited the store with some software issue of the laptop. I have good knowledge about microsoft PCs but was not able to resolve the issue, which was "the build in microphone was not working. Tha laptop had no warrantee but the young man resolved the problem free of charge and within a few minutes.

Paul performed a complicated repair of my refrigerator and helped me in a situation where the manufacturer was of no use. I was very impressed by his knowledge and skill, in addition to his honesty and integrity. I would highly recommend Presto to anyone in need of an appliance repair. Excellent service. Had amazing service once again, from Jack and Jamie. Not only were they great to talk to, they were also very knowledgeable. Their charming faces and attitudes were just a bonus. Definitely will keep coming here. Have gone to both the Collingwood store and the Wasaga store and will continue to go to the Wasaga location instead because the service is fantastic.
